International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Karim Khan has arrived in Tripoli forward of his scheduled UN Security Council briefing on Libya tomorrow.

Khan met with Libya’s Attorney General, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, and different senior judicial officers shortly after his arrival on Monday. The discussions, which included Libya’s ICC State Coordinator, centered on creating investigative procedures for severe violations beneath the ICC’s jurisdiction.

The assembly established plans for nearer cooperation between nationwide and worldwide judiciary programs, with involvement from Libya’s three most important authorities. Officials emphasised their shared dedication to making sure justice for victims while stopping impunity for severe crimes.
