New Moroccan company for nuclear security created below authorities decree
The Government Council, on Thursday in Rabat, adopted a draft decree regarding nuclear and radiological security and safety, together with the institution of the Moroccan Agency for Nuclear and Radiological Safety and Security.
The decree was introduced by Leila Benali, Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development.
This draft decree, No. 2.24.402, implements Section Three of Chapter IV of Title I of the legislation on nuclear and radiological security and safety, in addition to the creation of the Moroccan Agency for Nuclear and Radiological Safety and Security.
